STEP 2: Design & Development
With our guidance you will collaborate with a skilled architect to design the home you've been dreaming of. Utilizing the industry's most advanced 3D software, we'll provide highly realistic renderings so you can visualize your home early in the design process ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
STEP 3: Initial Estimates
Once your preliminary design is finalized, we will secure competitive estimates for your custom home. These estimates allow us to fine tune the details and make any necessary adjustments before completing the final construction documents. By integrating design and construction expertise from the very beginning, we ensure your project is aligned with a realistic budget and timeline.
STEP 4: Final Construction Documents
A comprehensive set of detailed drawings and specifications will be developed, providing clear guidance for every aspect of your custom home.
STEP 5: Final Estimate & Building Permit
We present you with a final bid for review and approval and then handle the permitting process by submitting your plans to the city
STEP 6: Specifications & Selections
We guide you through a structured selection process for the products and finishes that will personalize your home. To align with your priorities and budget, we establish allocations for certain items. From there, you will receive a curated "shopping list" to take to one our trusted vendor partners, where you can make selections for each category, either independently or with the support of a designer by your side.
STEP 7: Build
Your project is overseen from start to finish by our highly experienced Field Supervisor, ensuring the highest standards of quality. We meet with you regularly on-site to review progress and provide detailed updates, schedules, and financial reports. Any changes to the contract documents, pricing, or schedule are carefully documented and require your approval before moving forward.
STEP 8: Construction & Contract Completion
Our team conducts a thorough final inspection, delivers your warranty, and ensures every detail is complete—closing out the project with your full satisfaction.
